Terms of Service

By downloading, installing or using any application or service provided by Ads Station Ltd ("App Station", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Ads Station Ltd develops and publishes mobile applications and related digital services, distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Our services include AI-powered tools for music creation, image generation, productivity, lifestyle, and wellness. Features and availability may vary by region and device.

Some of our services require account registration. You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) maintain the security of your account credentials; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorised access; (d) be responsible for all activity under your account.

Certain features are available through paid subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period; cancellation takes effect at the end of that period and no partial refunds are issued. All billing is handled by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play) under their respective payment terms — Ads Station Ltd does not store or process payment card details. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google support directly.

Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these Terms of Service and bear no responsibility for our applications or their content, functionality, maintenance, or support. By using our apps you also agree to comply with the applicable app store terms of service.

All content, features, and functionality of our applications — including AI models, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and source code — are owned by Ads Station Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Where our services allow you to create or upload content, you retain ownership of that content. By using our services, you grant Ads Station Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to: use our services for unlawful purposes; attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI models; use automated tools to access our services at scale; impersonate other users; upload malicious code; or violate any applicable law or regulation.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Ads Station Ltd does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ads Station Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
