Privacy Policy

Ads Station Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through our applications and services. We are registered with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) of Malta. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at privacy@app-station.com.

We collect data in the following categories: Account Data (name, email, credentials); Usage Data (app interactions, session duration, feature engagement); Device Data (device type, OS version, crash reports, device identifiers such as IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android where permitted by your privacy settings, and push notification tokens); In-App Purchase Data (transaction history — payment card details are handled exclusively by Apple or Google); AI-Generated Content (prompts and outputs you create within our apps); and Analytics Data (aggregated and anonymised usage patterns collected via third-party SDKs).

We use your personal data to: deliver and maintain our services; personalise AI features; process subscription payments; send service updates and marketing communications (with consent); detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and improve our products through aggregated analytics.

We process your personal data under EU GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) on the following legal bases: (a) Contract performance — to deliver the services you have requested; (b) Legitimate interests — to improve and secure our products; (c) Consent — for marketing communications, personalised advertising, and optional analytics; (d) Legal obligation — where required by applicable Maltese or EU law.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with: trusted service providers under strict data processing agreements, including analytics, crash reporting, and advertising partners (see Section 6); Apple Inc. and Google LLC as required to operate our App Store and Google Play listings, including in-app purchase verification; law enforcement when legally required; and business successors in the event of a merger or acquisition.

Our mobile applications integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and operational purposes. These SDKs may collect device identifiers and usage data on our behalf. Current integrations include Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (Google LLC) for crash reporting and usage analytics, and may include AppsFlyer or equivalent attribution partners. Each provider acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement and their own privacy policy. You can limit ad personalisation through your device settings: on iOS go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; on Android go to Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Some of our service providers are located outside the EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, before transferring personal data internationally.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Some data may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations.

Under EU GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) you have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate or incomplete data; (c) request erasure of your data (right to be forgotten); (d) restrict or object to our processing of your data; (e) receive your data in a portable format (data portability); (f) withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@app-station.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the IDPC (www.idpc.org.mt).

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover we have collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and staff training. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication.
