Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. In mobile applications, equivalent technologies include device identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS and GAID on Android), software development kit (SDK) tracking, and local storage. Together these allow services to recognise your device, remember preferences, and measure performance.

Essential: Required for our services to function, including session management and authentication tokens. Analytics: Help us understand how users interact with our apps via SDKs such as Firebase Analytics (data is aggregated and anonymised). Preference: Remember your in-app settings and customisations. Advertising: Used with your consent to deliver relevant advertising and measure campaign effectiveness, via device identifiers where permitted by your OS privacy settings.

Our mobile apps integrate third-party SDKs that may collect data independently. These include analytics providers (Firebase Analytics), crash reporting (Crashlytics), and advertising attribution partners. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We require all providers to handle data in compliance with EU GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

You can control tracking through: your device OS privacy settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads); our in-app privacy settings under Settings → Privacy; or by opting out of personalised advertising via AdChoices or your device's ad ID reset feature. Disabling essential technologies may impact service functionality.

Session-based tokens are deleted when you close the app or log out. Persistent identifiers and analytics data are retained for up to 13 months, in line with IDPC guidance, or until you delete your account and request erasure.

Our use of cookies and tracking technologies complies with EU GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) as transposed in Maltese law, and applicable Apple App Store and Google Play policies.
